Dogbox fitness workout

Whether you are new to exercise or an experienced athlete, DOG BOX FITNESS is the right place for you. We are a diverse community with a culture focused on multi-sport disciplines and hard work. Our sessions are carefully planned focusing on exercise designed around combat, strength and functional human body movements performed at high intensity. We look forward to seeing you.

The Helmdon Community Larder has been set up to help your money go further by giving you access to discounted food, to help take some weight of the shoulders of families in our community.

Have a good time watching films with friends in a welcoming communal space. There is no charge for admission, but drinks (wine/tea/coffee/juice/beer), nibbles and entry into the monthly raffle is £5.
